Dog Services
We offer a wide range of dog services to cater for you and your dog as we know requirements can vary!
Doggie Day Creche
Whilst you are at work or out for the day, you can be assured that your dog is having a fun and tiring day! We offer a collection service between 7am and 8am and a drop off service in the afternoon between 1pm and 3pm, Monday to Friday. The dogs are collected in one of our vans and taken to run around and play in our secure area all day and are taken out on a long walk in our own private fields.

Home Boarding
We offer a home from home for your dog whilst you enjoy your holidays for dogs that regularly attend the doggie day care. Being fully licenced in our homes, means that your dog can stay in safe, secure environment and have the same comforts he/she enjoys at home with you. We board dogs that come to our creche regularly, ensuring they know us and understand who we are, this way they can enjoy their holiday as much as you do!!
Dogs are never left alone as they get to come to work with us in the day and join in with the day creche!

Terms and Conditions
*All pets are charged for the day of admission and collection, regardless of times.
*Pets must be collected at an agreed time, out of hours service is available on request.
*We reserve the right to attend to any concerns regarding your pet for the duration of the stay and this will be at a cost to you.
*If your dog is injured or ill during their stay they will be taken to the vets for treatment which you will be liable to pay on your return.
*Proof of vaccinations is required upon admission of your pet.
*Any medication must come with clear labelling as to the name of your pet and how often it should be administered.
*We reserve the right to take any action deemed fit with respect to your pet in the event of non collection or no contact with the owner after 14 days after the agreed collection date.
*We accept cash, cheque but prefer bacs payments, we will invoice you at the end of each month.
*Dog food is to be supplied by the owner.

Our Cat Hotel has all fixtures and fittings completed to the highest standard and in accordance with the District Council’s most recent specifications. We are fully insured and licensed. Including welcomed annual inspections by Stroud District Council.
All rooms are heated and have separate sleeping and playing areas. They are all provided with clean bedding and toys for your cat’s amusement but you may wish to bring things from home to make your cats stay more enjoyable. If your cat enjoys cuddles and play time, they will have lots of one- on- one interaction with Lisa, Julie and Emily. This should keep your cat happy and stimulated during their stay with us.
We offer dried food and wet food to all of our guests but you can bring your own wet/dry food and any other food should your cat have special dietary requirements. These requirements should be made clear at the beginning of your cats stay. We can administer medication including injections for diabetes.
As we have a company vehicle, we offer a pick up and drop off service. Specific times would be organised in advance of your cat's stay with us. This is at an additional cost of £10.
We hope to make your cat’s stay as enjoyable and stress free as possible and welcome any additional information you wish to provide about your cat to help us look after them to the best of our ability.

Feeding at Home
We offer a service where can visit your pets at home up to three times per day.
